A real must in Val Thorens, the Restaurant Tradition du Chalet de la Marine offers refined and creative cuisine at an altitude of 2500m. The two brothers Arnaud and Cédric Gorini, natives of Val Thorens and ski instructors, are behind this unique chalet.
At the helm of the kitchen is the Chef Mathilde Mattera, surrounded by a team of enthusiasts. The chef offers a gourmet journey with dishes featuring noble products such as foie gras, blue lobster, Petrossian caviar or top quality beef. A wide selection of wines accompanies the dishes, while the dessert buffet awaits those with a sweet tooth.
